UK singer and songwriter, Anna Ross, may be a familiar name to all you fans of Duran Duran. She’s been on 4 incredible world tours with the band and has had a handful of performances in various world-renowned festivals such as Coachella and Lollapalooza. While off the festival circuit, she has made countless TV appearances with Duran Duran on US and UK TV talk shows likle ellen DeGeneres, Good Morning America, Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show with Conan, and countless others.
Recently, Anna Ross has been busy in the studio working on her upcoming album that has received the full support and backing by Duran Duran. Her lead single ‘First Day’ has already received a special remix by Duran Duran bassist, John Taylor, and co-producer Charles Scott. The accompanying music video for ‘First Day’ is a high-def, visual spectacle that features Anna singing her soul out over complementing rolling basslines and hip-swaying drum pattern. The song is mixture of folk and pop that will easily have you in the mood to dance and maybe with a bit of some feels. Soothing vocals from the one and only Anna Ross, what more could you ask for?
