You don’t have to like Joel Zimmerman’s personality to enjoy his music or his live shows. Though he seems to be a mess based on the way he acts online, deadmau5 does all of his sets absolute justice, as evidenced by his show at HARD Day of the Dead. The Canada born DJ even makes hilarity out of what would normally be an awkward moment like the music cutting out. The fan-recorded set you will watch consists of music that’s the polar opposite of his Twitter personality; pleasant, uplifting, and feel good tracks for an overall inspiring experience. The best way to enjoy deadmau5 requires the same behavior as one does going on Youtube and abstaining from the comments section.
