Deadmau5 does indeed put his hardware and software where his mouth is, rewarding those who support his music with inside looks at the creation of his music. This time around he’s dedicated his creation to said people (allegedly) with “Imaginary Friends.” A nice deep baseline and evolving arpeggios, followed by a simple groove that’s driven by a crunchy bassline is what gives the track it’s striking start from it’s beginnings in a lengthy Twitch session. We can’t wait to see where this track goes.
