Dillon Francis’s latest Snapchat rant was hilarious as usual through his snapchat platform, but he was totally serious about what he was talking about. His gripe is that there’s no focus on the list anymore. The magazine has gotten a lot of flack for being what it is, but Dillon raises very important questions we may not have even considered:
