Major Lazer is arguably the most popular Diplo project to date. Though it is coming to an end this year, we now know we’re going to see a final collaboration between the Florida super producer, Walshy Fire, and Columbian vocalist J Balvin. Diplo uploaded a post of all three artists in a special squad post on Instagram, saying the three have something “very big” planned for this year. While we’ll need to wait for the what and when, we can already predict based on their past collaborations that this will make as many waves as Balvin’s other dance music collaborations; namely with David Guetta, Pharrell Williams, Sean Paul, Cardi B, Bad Bunny and Poo Bear. Who knows. Maybe we’ll see J Balvin perform their new single live with Diplo this April 2019 as both are scheduled to perform to play at Coachella 2019.

What do you think will come out of the studio from them this time? Let us know your thoughts on Twitter @GlobalDanceElec.
