Is Drake coming back for another round of EDC Las Vegas? The world-famous artist turned heads when he showed up at Metro Boomin’s set on the Speedway back in June 2017, and seemed like it would be a one-time thing. Today, an announcement from his camp indicated that he could decide to make another surprise appearance. Drake and the Wynn Nightlife just announced Drizzy will return to XS Nightclub for a total of five shows, one of them being Saturday, May 18th. The second day of Insomniac’s Dusk till Dawn affair. As it stands, EDC’s lineup has not been released, but any Hip-Hop bookings could signal another surprise performance from Drake like in 2017. Nonetheless, you still have the chance to see Drake perform live during the biggest EDM festival in the United States during EDC Week.

Rolling Stone spoke with Alex Cordova, who is the Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of Nightlife for XS Nightclub. He told the music outlet:

“In the fourth quarter of last year, we pursued a relationship with Drake and his management team to do something different in Las Vegas — not the traditional residency. A partnership will be the right word [for this relationship] because this isn’t just about performing at the venue. This is more about how we bring Drake into the concept of Wynn Las Vegas. We’re looking at all possible environments within the hotel and working with Drake and Drake’s team to see exactly how he can lend assistance in curating these experiences.”

We’ll keep you updated with more potential cause that he’d return.
