After dominating 2016 and easily becoming one of the year’s most acclaimed artists, Frank Ocean is going to be making the rounds with regards to his live schedule. While the 29-year-old singer-songwriter has yet to reveal plans for anything close to resembling a major headlining tour, he has begun to slowly “fill in the blanks” as news regarding his scheduled festival appearances begins to surface. After performing for the crowds at the 2017 Sasquatch! Music Festival in George, Washington, Frank Ocean will head on over to Manchester to perform for UK crowds at this year’s June 10-11 edition of the Parklife festival. This news was made public via an official announcement from Nick Grimshaw’s BBC Radio 1 morning program, and comes to us following the usage of “Nikes” for Parklife’s promotional campaign. At present time, this looks to be the reclusive superstar’s first official United Kingdom performance since 2014.

Besides Frank Ocean, Parklife Festival also has some heavy dance music hitters playing the event, such as Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, Eric Prydz, DJ Craze, Maya Jane Coles, Above & Beyond, and Oliver Heldens, just to name a few. A Tribe Called Quest, Flying Lotus, Danny Brown, Sampha, Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley, the Boy Better Know crew and more will also take the stage.
