A free mashup came from the gracious hands of Kaskade today, and it comes in partnership with talented songbird Grimes. The singer’s single “Oblivion” was mashed with Crvvcks’s instrumental Palms to give the lyrics a more beach party-able vibe. Kaskade provides some sound advice to listen to the track in the best way:

The track is highlighted by Grimes’ uniquely angelic voice and can instantly fit into his and several other sets. The song is, of course, another plug for fans to jump on buying tickets for the rapidly approaching Sun Soaked festival on July 13th and 14th in Long Beach. The festival features Grimes doing a DJ set, Logic, Quinn XCII, Wheathan, Brohug, Charly Jordan, Ravell, Ayokay, Nox Vahn, Zaya, Wenzday and two sets from the man himself
