Cashmere Cat, Major Lazer, and Tory Lanez debut a very special collaboration today after teasing it the last few weeks, titled ‘Miss You, co-written with Benny Blanco and Ed Sheeran. The track is Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1 today.

“Miss You” is the first collaboration from the three artists, and follows a pair of Cashmere Cat/Tory Lanez tracks from 2017—“Trust Nobody” with Selena Gomez and “Throw Myself A Party” with 2 Chainz and Starrah. Ed Sheeran previously contributed writing to Major Lazer smash “Cold Water” featuring Justin Bieber and MØ.

This new track has a vibe to it we can’t quite shake off: it sounds like it would be filed under Major Lazer’s feel-good anthem section, with Lanez providing a choice hook and verses to the song. What in the world will Diplo and crew think of next? We have no idea, and that’s what keeps us coming back for more.
