Today is one of those days we feel like picking up the phone and calling that special someone from long day’s past. Luckily, a new and more interesting hotline has jumped in front of that potential bad decision.
Courtesy of Insomniac Records, Sinden’s new House Line Compilation just hit Soundcloud for all the House ravers needing a few doses of Blog House here and a couple helpings of contemporary Bass House, among several other sonic ingredients. Nearly every track on the compilation comes from the LA producer, with help on tracks from The Cost, Hotfire, Bot, Astronomer and individual contributions from Aly Us and JAXX DA FISHWORKS. Sinden had this to say about the compilation:
“It takes inspiration from the blog house era that I was immersed in & draws parallels (the missing link) with the current bass house sound, which I’m also aligned with. The artists chosen on the comp, including my long time collaborator, Herve, all have an appreciation of electronic music’s lineage but also continue to innovate with a fresh approach.”
