Skrillex went a little over curfew at EDC Mexico, but nobody was complaining about that for a second. His set included a dynamic mix of classics like Kill Everybody (a throwback to the first ever EDC Vegas Trailer), and new IDs from upcoming packages from the producer. He has yet to announce exactly what he has planned, but to the world’s mistake, it is not a full blown album. He clarified this via an interview with Billboard at the beginning of the month. Regardless, though, he kept it clear that new music like what we heard in this set will make quite the splash. “…when Skrillex is ‘back’, nobody will have to ask. It will be obvious.”
