UPDATE (August 4th): EDC Los Angeles 2010 Felony Charges Against Pasquale Rotella Officially Dropped.

The lawsuit against Pasquale Rotella hasn’t quite ended yet; a host of delays largely due to misconduct on the prosecution’s side and the busy calendar of the judge meant to preside over the case pushed it back. Now, despite a request to push it back, Rotella and Reza Germani are facing bribery and embezzlement charges involving possible contributions of money made to Patrick Lynch and Todd DeStefano up $1.9 Millin in order to host events at The Los Angeles Coliseum, with the building itself not receiving profit.

The allegations came to light after a 15-year-old girl died at Electric Daisy Carnival in 2010 and police began to look into the building’s finances. In 2012 Lynch pled guilty to the charges to avoid a prison sentence and is expected to testify at the trial.

The Civil trial is expected to take place in November.
