Porter Robinson is always honest with his fans and tells everything like it is. Coachella is Porter and Madeon’s last Shelter Tour stop and as the new year starts, he sets a goal for the year. Recently he expressed on Twitter that he missed the passion in making his music and in 2015, his depression stopped him from making music and releasing new tracks. Working with Madeon last year reminded him that he can still make stuff he’s proud of.
Porter’s plans to work his butt off in the studio in 2017 to finish everything he started last year, and even do fewer festivals. Although he might be a bit MIA this year, we’re glad to hear that his reconnection with music with Madeon on the Shelter Tour helped inspire him again.
