For those who wanted to hear UK Grime act Skepta’s newest album Konichiwa in the flesh, last year may have brought disappointment; he canceled his appearance because of visa issues. Luckily for us though, it seems that Mixmag has discovered something new other than Lady Gaga’s name added to the updated Coachella poster for this year. Skepta will indeed be slated to perform on the Sundays of the festival, to the glee of many who happen to be going this year as well. His album, which dropped last year, includes collaborations with his brother JME, Pharrell Williams, and ASAP Nast. If you’re unfamiliar with his work we strongly suggest giving his catalog a listen.
