We’re still not sure what people were expecting when Diplo and Skrillex unveiled Jack Ü a couple of years ago…we’re not even sure they did. Regardless, here they are with a song that has surfaced as a top track in many charts and the eyes of those who choose the recipients of the prestigious AMA awards: theirs collaboration with Justin Bieber which needs no introduction has been nominated for ‘Collaboration of the Year‘ alongside many of the other biggest team-ups of 2015. Whether you like it or not, this track ridged the gap between pop songwriting and dance music production better than many that came before it, and the musicality of it sticks out as much if not more than its competitors.
