Sónar has confirmed its first set of names for the main Barcelona edition of the festival next June with nighttime slots confirmed for live acts like Justice, Nicolas Jaar, De La Soul and Moderat.
Sónar 2017 will feature more than 150 performances, among which a new show from the French duo Justice , who recently dropped “Woman” with a stunning scenic display in SonarClub; DJ and producer Nicolas Jaar leading the SonarPub stage to present his excellent “Sirens” with a new live format; Moderat, which also return to the festival with a powerful audiovisual show, consolidating the German trio as one of the most acclaimed current electronics projects; and Eric Prydz , real star of dance music and one of the most popular DJs in the world, acting on SonarClub.
Also set to play the night program are Nina Kraviz, The Black Madonna and Clams Casino, while the daytime schedule will feature sets from Amnesia Scanner, Forest Swords, GAIKA and Nosaj Thing. There are many more names to come in the run-up to the festival.
