Our Halloween Event-dar just picked up something rather unique, exciting and most importantly…free. Spotify looks to be trying their own hand at an event this year, hosting their first ever “A Night At the Asylum.” Advertised as an immersive and interactive experience, the event is 21+ and “may contain graphic scenes of simulated extreme horror, adult sexual content, tight spaces, darkness, fog, strobe light effects, exposure to water, physical contact, and physical contact by actors.” The event will also feature DJ sets exclusively from Duke Dumont, Marshmello, Cheat Codes, and Special Guest DJ Pat Lok. It’s a first come, first served event and we know that with this kind of curator, it’s going to be a great time. …and a free time. We mentioned that, right?
Spotify’s Asylum is an immersive, interactive experience and by RSVP’ing and attending you acknowledge and agree that you enter at your own risk, and that the Asylum may contain graphic scenes of simulated extreme horror, adult sexual content, tight spaces, darkness, fog, strobe light effects, exposure to water, physical contact, and physical contact by actors. You will follow all instructions, rules, and laws as you walk through and take part in the Asylum, and failure to do so may result in your immediate removal. You should not and are not permitted to enter or participate in the Asylum if impaired by drugs or alcohol, and agree that you have no physical or emotional condition or impairment that would be impacted by participation in the Asylum.
