ZHU is all about surprises, his most recent one being a secret set at Coachella. Today the DoLab was kind enough to share all 94 minutes and 49 seconds of the madness. With the Blacklist monicker attached to the name, the set begins with the serene, chord driven intro of the producer’s own My Life featuring Tame Impala. A driving techno beat fills the next hour, evolving into more progressive house territory after about an hour. The set ends with some filthy beats at the end. With zeal, Zhu gets on the mic and addressed his crowd: “Electronic music is alive and well, right?” he asked to a loud response of approval. There are plenty of opportunities to see Blacklist up close and personal, including Splash House in Palm Springs.

For now, listen to the whole set below.
