There are some numbers that should act as a signal to heed your parent’s word to have fun on vacation, but not do anything stupid. This week KMIR released information about how many arrests were made at this year’s Coachella; though the percentage is obviously still low out of the thousands of people in attendance, there was a higher amount of arrests made than last year so far.

The biggest issue was possession of controlled substances, which saw 56 arrests, 8 being felonies. Beyond that, 16 were taken in for being publicly intoxicated and about 46 were arrested for being minors in possession of a fake ID, a huge jump from last year’s 20. It seems like security is beefing itself up, so be smart as this new weekend comes upon us.
