Yesterday was a devastating day for Troy Beetles (AKA Datsik’s) fanbase, as several women came forward with sexual assault allegations against the Bass Music artist. The stories shared include several disturbing actions from him, including giving girls backstage passes that say Tul$a…which, according to a tweet from Beetles himself in 2011, says “A Slut” backward’s.
Despite Beetles’ denial of the allegations, his fellow touring artist decided to cancel his involvement with all future tour dates with him going forward. Excision, widely regarded as Datsik’s closes artists, made a statement of his own in his Facebook group announcing his stance on the issue:
While he hasn’t severed ties with Datsik quite yet, it’s clear that he’s not taking that out of consideration, and waiting to hear the truth first.
Datsik was forced to cancel the rest of his Ninja Nation tour after Space Jesus, Carbin, and Riot Ten dropped out. Festival appearances including EDC Las Vegas 2018 were also canceled. Read his recent statement below!
