The winter blues have officially set in as Campers coast-to-coast sit patiently indoors awaiting good word from Head Counselor Claude VonStroke on where to fly next. All may rejoice today as DIRTYBIRD CAMPOUT has announced its return to Modesto Reservoir Campgrounds on October 4-6th for the 2019 edition of the nostalgia-inducing reunion of all things fun. Update your camping gear and mend those camp shirts – because we’re all going back to Camp!”

Whether you went to summer camp back in the day or found yourself at Campout over the last three years, those memories of sun-drenched hours full of outdoor activities, hazy summer afternoons, and sleepless nights under the stars, have fostered an unmatched sense of belonging and community for many. It is this family feel that has made DIRTYBIRD CAMPOUT one of North America’s most celebrated and unique festival weekends.

In 2018 VonStroke invited some of the world’s best selectors to camp including Flügel, Big Daddy Kane, Patrick Topping, Green Velvet, Gorgon City, FISHER, Salva, DJ Assault, Shiba San, EPROM, Justin Jay, Catz ‘N Dogz, Will Clarke, Mikey Lion, and of course your favorite DIRTYBIRD Camp Counselors Justin Martin, J.Phlip, Christian Martin, Worthy, and Ardalan. Whether it was a house-filled sunset set from J.Phlip, late night dance-offs from Mija at the Silent Disco, or a sunrise drum n’ bass set from The Martin Bros, DIRTYBIRD has managed to create the world’s best sounding CAMPOUT year after year.

Beyond the dancefloor, DIRTYBIRD CAMPOUT delivered more than 50 activities last year. From arts and crafts to boat races, sack races to archery, talent shows, kickball, late night karaoke and movie screenings. With sights set on winning the Ironbird Championship, Campers spent their days playing their favorite games under the hot sun alongside their favorite artists.

Now with all the feedback from their loyal Campers in tow, DIRTYBIRD returns to the iconic shores of Modesto Reservoir Campgrounds to throw their best party to date.
