We thought DJ Mag couldn’t get worse, but Laidback Luke has shed a new light on them. Absurdly enough, DJ Mag is asking its own winners to purchase their awards… Correct, if a DJ made it onto the list they don’t get an award, they have to buy it. Thanks to Laidback Luke for posting an email that reveals how ironic this is.
For a fee a DJ can have their own award, just like #1 DJ Martin Garrix, oh, but in silver of course.
We hope others pass up on this like Luke, but look out for those who are paying up to show off their “award given to them.”
