Yes, we know how much it sucks to not have the cheap tickets you may have woken up early for. Ultra Miami 2017 gave multiple people a bit of a roadblock when they tried to purchase their early bird passes after giving out unique login codes, failing to respond upon clicking submit, causing tier 1 tickets (priced at $250) to sell out within minutes. Forcing Ultra fans to purchase tier 2 tickets.

On the bright side though, the issue of scalping that everyone usually complains about is far less likely to have happened this round. Apparently, the issue in question was only experienced by users of the Autofill feature to fill out the form. This essentially was a plan to try and block programs from filling these out at the speed of light and helping an unethical marketplace from arising on StubHub.

Said marketplace may still be there…but at least it’s not as big?
