An event in Los Angeles that you wish you were there, couldn’t be, and instantly regret missing out on was exactly what you’ll feel after checking out this selected gallery from Innervisions’ first LA Showcase.
A 7 hour event during EDC Las Vegas weekend left the City of Angel prime for huge label showcase takeover. Legendary DJ and king of ID’s, Dixon brought his Innervisions label that hosted an impeccable 4 hour back-to-back set with fellow Innervisions founder, Kristian Beyer (1/2 of Âme). Opening up the airwaves would be UK transplant, Eagles & Butterflies, who now resides in LA and had performed in various venues all over the city. Following Eagles & Butterflies, was Porto’s burgeoning DJ, Trikk. He caught the attention of Innervisions and has been turning heads with releases on Hot Flush, Pets Recordings, and ManMakeMusic.
Not only was this the first showcase Innervisions has host in Los Angeles, but it was also the first dance music event ever held at Perishing Square! An open-space dance music event smacked right in the urban jungle surrounded by a breathtaking skyline transformed for this one special night.
The event was held in conjunction with LA event company, Future Primitive, who also brought Dixon out last summer in Gin Ling Way for a B2B set with DJ Tennis.
