We didn’t expect a collaboration like Kill the Zo to ever happen in the first place, so we probably shouldn’t be surprised they had even crazier news 4 years later. The unprecedented collaboration between Mat Zo and Kill the Noize premiered in 2014 with a big tour of the US and a few releases before experiencing some radio silence. The two continued making music, just as individuals. Unbeknownst to us all, this only meant that the two weren’t talking about it as much. Kill the Noize hopped on Twitter yesterday and explained what’s been happening in all that time:
Me and @Mat_Zo basically have multiple albums written and since we met years ago we’ve been writing and rewriting material almost like the ending of the film annihilation and I can say that it has brought the best out of us and that for that I appreciate him more than anything
