Back in early 2017, J. Lo posted an Instagram video of herself with Skrillex in a studio bouncing around to a super hyphy, Latin-inspired beat while singing along to the hook. Giving us the impression them two had a collab coming on the way.
Fast forward to January 2018 and Jennifer Lopez finally confirmed she is teaming up with EDM superstar, Skrillex, to deliver the world an epic new hit and we finally have proof that it actually exists!
J. Lo has been working on this project titled “Could It Be Us” since last spring and she finally gave us a sample of the song during her performance at CaliBash at the Staples Center in Los Angeles this past Saturday night.
In just a short sample, you quickly realize that this song is going to skyrocket up the charts as Skrillex puts together a beat that was seemingly designed for the Latina princess. She gives Sonny a shoutout and also lets fans know that a remix is coming too!
