We’ve seen some heated exchanges between Lupe Fiasco and Kid Cudi over Twitter earlier this year, but this last week Lupe had a little more to get off of his chest. At a show in Milwaukee, WI, he uttered these words in a freestyle:
“Make sure that you listen to every rhythm that I be spittin’, unconditionally written / P.S.: To all my enemies, you are now forgiven / Except Kid Cudi cause that’s not my muthafuckin’ buddy / If I see him in the streets, it’s getting’ muthafuckin’ ugly”
Despite this outburst, Fiasco says it’s pointless to hold in grudges and he has no actve animosity towards Cudi. It’s likely that this was just a product of thoughts he was trying to get out of his head. As for the thoughts of the person he was rapping about, we’ll have to wait and see.
