People are apparently not happy that R. Kelly is a part of 2017’s Soulquarius Festival lineup.

There is now a Change.org petition calling for the R&B singer to be removed as a festival performer, citing the history of sexual assault accusations made against R. Kelly.

“Despite an endless flood of abuse allegations and widespread knowledge of his notorious ‘romance’ with the late singer Aaliyah, who was age 15 to his 27 years, Kelly has maintained a relatively successful career,” the page reads. “Stop booking this man. Stop supporting this man. There’s great power in having a voice. Let’s send a message that the music is not ‘separate’ and the abuse of girls and women is *never* okay, no matter who you are or how many timeless ballads you’ve contributed to the world.”

You can check out the lineup for the first ever Soulquarius Festival featuring Erykah Badu, R. Kelly, Ja Rule, Ashanti, The-Dream, Kelis, and more right here and read the Change.org petition asking for R. Kelly’s removal from the lineup here.

Despite the petition floating around, people are legitimately excited for this throwback lineup to hit the scene.
