California has been in a drought for quite a while and we’ve been lucky enough to finally see the beautiful and natural lake that surrounds the event grounds. LIB has countless activities that cater to every niche you can think of. Food lovers can learn new recipes at the Learning Kitchen, which doubles as the location for Speed-dating on one night. If you’re more into fun and games, Karaoke, Mega Skee Ball or the Soap Box Derby is calling your name.For a healthy weekend, register to run a marathon during the Must-Dash 5k, or look into many yoga workshops that fit your needs. Lightning in a Bottle also has a newly re-imagined area called, The Compass, that offers a diverse array of educational opportunities that engage the senses, expand the mind, and inspire community action. With a new year comes new artwork and installations. 10 new installations will be placed around the festival, all curated by different artists and designers. The Artichoke, Star Pods, and The Woogie are only a few to name. For Coachella attendees, get ready to see the Do Lab stage again, reintroducing the Lilikoi structure. Preview more structure here!
