No matter what the category, #1 is a big deal. An honor usually awarded to DJs, the DJ Mag top dog is a decision based on thousands of votes, so seeing Ultra top the list made us realize how huge it truly was. With one of the worlds biggest live streams, the festival’s attraction of every artist on the globe, and the host of inevitable exclusives set to premiere the whole weekend. The organizers had a lot to say in reaction to the win, with Russell Faibisch offering sage advice on what they felt people wanted out of a festival atmosphere:
