The 57-year-old mother and her 19-year-old son were apprehended in an airport for attempting to ship about 100,000 pills of ecstasy through Israel’s Ben Gurion airport. While the drugs were hidden inside their suitcases, the drugs were still uncovered, the two individuals caught, arrested and questioned for importing and dealing drugs. The two claimed to be on a family trip to Jerusalem. Whether or not that was a lie or said family happens to have a really unhealthy hobby is yet to be discovered. For now, the 7.5 kilos of pills estimated to be worth 1.5 million shekels — or, about $430,000 in value has been confiscated indefinitely.
