The NYC trap giant, Baauer, has remained relatively quiet since his ‘Harlem Shake’ internet viral craze, releasing only a handful of music, yet staying very much in the bass music scene. His Australian counterpart, What So Not, has shared similar ‘quiet’ sentiment, touring the world, and yet unable to release his long-overdue Gemini EP (which hopefully is just an album by this point). The two turn out to be very good friends, constantly challenging and pushing the boundaries of music production to create something greater than one mind could ever alone.
The two’s new collaboration with Future Classic resident, George Maple, and fellow Aussie, Tkay Maidza, entitled ‘Ghost’ will be debuting on Monday on Triple J.
