A little tech house is plenty good to start the week off, and we’re happy to say Sydney’s Pantheon has taken matters a step further with his new Robots Dance EP. Great enough to receive a first play on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection, “Spaceships” leads the two track package off right.
Pantheon doesn’t just settle for a smooth bassline and hard hitting snare to get you grooving; the atmosphere and melody of the track invoke a strong futuristic theme, giving life to the bright red artwork provided with the music. Support for both sides of the EP has poured in from several corners of the dance music ecosystem beyond BBC Radio 1, and as soon as you hit play below, you’ll understand why.
