As the man himself said, Hip-Hop deserves a live album. Though the studio version of Forrest Hills Drive suffices for many, the live version of the album performed at his hometown reflects not only his own intentional energy, but the sounds of the album’s reception with crowd noise. If you want a little more of an experience, the show was also documented by HBO in an official documentary.
