The Sunday Scaries had one thing that helped: Pasquale announced major news for HARD Summer 2021.
HARD Summer is the two-day Insomniac festival that occurs at the beginning of August in Southern California. Like every other festival this year, it was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, Pasquale announced the festival’s plans for 2021. It will be taking place on July 31st and August 1st in San Bernadino at the NOS Events Center for the first time ever.
HARD has taken place at the Speedway in Fontana the past few years, but major renovations will be happening through 2021 which resulted in the venue shift. The switch is not permanent. Pasquale promised, “exciting brand new event ideas” were already being discussed for when HARD gets to return to the Speedway.
HARD Summer will take advantage of the event center’s main festival grounds as well as its Orange Show Speedway racetrack. There will be water stations, shade structures and misters around the venue, according to a news release from festival officials.
HARD’s usual 5 stage production will be at NOS, with big headlining artists that are still to be announced. You can keep an eye out for more information, such as lineup and ticket announcements, at hardsummer.com. In the meantime, mark your calendars and get ready.
