The Weeknd and Daft Punk’s collaboration “Starboy,” may have included one more…

Singer-songwriter Yasminah is suing both artists for stealing from her song “Hooyo.” The song came out in 2009, and was co-written and sung by Yasminah. In the suit, she claims the hook, melody, key, clap structure, tempo, and beats from “Starboy” were taken from her song.

“Starboy” was released in 2016, as the first single of the same named album. The song made the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, as well as topping charts n countries around the world, such as France, New Zealand, and Sweden.

TMZ obtained documents that stated that blog posts were written showing the similarities between the songs, and thousands of people agree. Yasminah also states that her producers threatened lawsuits previously over the song, and ended up settling out of court. Due to the fact that she did not receive any of the money from the settlement, Yasminah is taking matters into her own hands. She is suing for $5 million.
