V2 Presents just put Salt Lake City on a raver’s potential Memorial Day Weekend Itinerary with the announcement of their 2021 festival, GET FUNKY. The festival will be held at an outdoor venue The Saltair, and many public health measures will be taken despite the state of Utah ended its mask mandate a couple of days ago.
“This event will be held outside in open air with a limited capacity, a mask policy will be enforced throughout the event, and a health screener and temperature check will be required to enter,” the site says. “We will continue to update these policies as vaccinations proceed, and will continue to work closely with the Health Department to ensure a safe event.”
The two-day festival has a stacked lineup, with Friday featuring Chris Lake, Wax Motif, Jack Beats, VNSSA, and Omnom. Saturday sees Tchami, Shiba San, Drezo, Destructo, and Sacha Robotti shake things up.
