Insomniac’s Factory 93 brand joins Bassrush and Dreamstate with the creation of a record label in its name, FACTORY 93 RECORDS. The host of neonGarden, Secret Project and multiple stages across the world represent the roots of Insomniac, with 93 representing the year insomniac was founded (1993). The house and techno brand promise an underground experience, which is what the label promises to deliver.

“Factory 93 represents the beginning of Insomniac. Underground dance music will always be the roots of everything we do. Factory 93 is a very passionate part of the Insomniac portfolio worldwide, which makes this new record label even more exciting for us,” says Pasquale Rotella, Insomniac’s Founder and CEO. “With the addition of Factory 93 Records, our team will be able to carry over its vision from the live events side into a carefully curated catalog we can’t wait for you to hear.”

Factory 93 explores the intersection of untethered creativity and bold self-expression, while never taking its finger off the pulse of the underground. When Insomniac broke out its figurative bolt cutters to dismantle the lock on the warehouse scene and return to its roots, it retold the story of its origins in hosting historic parties in the streets of Los Angeles. It also gave birth to a movement where discerning heads are living on the frontlines of celebrating radical ideas through the fusion of immersive live art, cutting-edge technology, and exceptionally curated house and techno. That vision continues to hold the same ground, even as the brand grows and extends beyond the Downtown Los Angeles warehouse district, where it was originally conceived. Whether it’s at an intimate warehouse space or on a festival dance floor, Factory 93 manufactures moments that make this culture one we’re proud to call our own.

Most recently, Factory 93 have announced they’ll be doing a two-stage weekend take over at Miami’s III Points Festival with Eric Prydz, Black Coffee, Green Velvet, DJ Tennis, Michael Bibi, and much more on April 30th and May 1st.
