DJ mag is not as much of the be all and end all of every side of dance music as it once was, now a platform for DJs who want to blow up in Mainstage house music and show off their massive fanbases. Many artists on the poll should be placed at a higher spot in the poll but some just do not put as much thought into the poll as they did before.

…Clearly though, there is some saltiness from this side of the internet directed towards DJs who are more vocal about the polls no longer important place in their career.
