Back in 2009, Kid Cudi began his journey as the Man on the Moon. His album trilogy started with his studio debut in 2009, Man on the Moon: The End of Day. In 2010, Man on the Mood II: The Legend of Mr. Rager followed. Since that album release in 2010, Kid Cudi has released collaborations and other albums but has not completed the trilogy. He has collaborated and appeared with the likes of Kanye West, Travis Barker, and Wale. He also released another studio album in 2016, Passion, Pain, & Demon Slayin’.

2016 is when the artist began teasing another installment of Man on the Moon as fans began asking about the third installment. In an April 2016 interview with Billboard, Kid Cudi referred to Man on the Moon as a project that he “came up with as a young man,” and stayed adamant about musically releasing things that are important to him and where he was at in life.

It seems like it is finally time for the final installment of the trilogy. Kid Cudi has shared a few songs during this pandemic year, and now the teaser is out for Man on the Moon III. Take a look below.
