Festivals are all fun and games until they’re not. Camp Bisco was the latest festival to have a scare. The annual festival hosted by the disco Biscuits was reported to have an attendee missing after the last day. Thankfully the man, Collin Burns, was found by Scranton police in a swamp. He was found buried to his waist in mud and was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation. No details on how or why he ended up in the swamp are available yet.
