If anyone is the right fit for a massive debut as an electronic act in a foreign country, it’s got to be Major Lazer. By putting his all into the aesthetic of live performance along with eclectic music and unbridled energy, Diplo’s mastermind Dancehall-electro-step project hit Havana Cuba as the first mainstream electronic act the crowd has ever witnessed. Peace was the mission and main message of the show; judging by the serious turnout and retention, the mission was accomplished with flying colors.
