Carnage & Young Thug Announce Collab Album ‘Young Martha’, Drop First Single ‘Homie’ with Meek Mill

Never to be upstaged, Carnage just announced a new super-duo with Young Thug. They’ve decided to call the project “Young Martha,” and they dropped the video for their first single “Homie” dropped last night at midnight. The track itself features Meek Mill and showcases the upfront style that all three artists are known for.

Homie” is a hard-hitting record lead by Carnage’s signature party production, Thug’s melodic ballad, and Meek’s aggressive hook. Fans will be enthralled with the duo’s enigmatic visuals to “Homie,” with direction from Oscar Hudson (Bonobo, Radiohead), best known for his striking and experimental production.

Two girls fighting over a piano in an upside room is how the video starts, followed by a rotating view of the same room which contains a lavish feast, a satisfied dinner guest, and then…a dead dinner guest? We gotta watch this one a few times to make sense of what we saw; nonetheless, the video is cool, and the song will definitely interest those who follow these artists.
