EDC 2018 is already in the running to be the best one ever because for the first time in the extravaganza’s history in Las Vegas, it’s coming a month early. This of course, means all of the exciting news leading up to the event is coming even earlier, including news on what artists are set to perform there. Yesterday across his social media channels, Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella popped into the feeds of his 851,000 followers to announce the coming of the highly anticipated lineup. Other have said the lineup will be out on Valentines Day after rumors spread that Bassnectar will join the festival this summer but a recurring pattern with the announcements tells us the list will come out on Friday instead.
A couple of years ago, Rotella started a unique method of announcing the artists playing at the main stages: on Night Owl Radio, he plays megamixes with tracks from each artist packed into a few minutes. The mixes are played separately, so you can experience the sounds of CircuitGROUNDS, NeonGARDEN, BassPOD and several other stages. For that last stage, we are definitely going to be looking out for a tune from Bassnectar. If you’re smart you’ll purchase your EDC Vegas 2018 Tickets RIGHT NOW before the lineup drops in fear of tickets rising or selling out!
Look out for news from the CEO himself and most likely from his podcast, Night Owl Radio.
