Coachella announced this morning that they will be releasing a documentary taking fans through the journey of where it all started and the milestones the festival has reached over the years. “Coachella: 20 Years In The Desert,” tells the 20-year long story of how the festival became to be. From untold stories from behind the curtain to “never-before-seen-footage” of legendary artists like Daft Punk and many more. The documentary is set to be released on YouTube on April 10th, the original 2020 weekend one date. Coachella has hosted legendary performances from Rage Against The Machine, Daft Punk, Prince, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and one of the festival’s most memorable and out of the box performance the 2PAC hologram. Coachella is not just a music festival but an experience that is imprinted into the Southern California festival culture. No matter your music preference, age, where you come from or who you are Coachella provides a space for you to connect to the beat of the music and with yourself.
