When Jack Ü took a break, there was plenty of fear amongst fans that this was their nice way of saying the project was over. Those fans on the optimistic side of things were proven right the week though, thanks to some documented words from Diplo himself. Argentine newspaper La Nación sat down with Diplo during Festival BUE in Buenos Aires, Argentina over the weekend and this is what the man had to say.
“Skrillex is working on a new album. I think that after that and the new album that we are preparing with Major Lazer, we will make music together again.” While he emphasizes that his own work comes first, the idea of reviving this widely successful collaborative effort is in the cards.
