Diplo’s just started a buzz via social media for fans who miss his latest and greatest collaborative effort in the Bass Music sphere. The Floridian super-producer had some fun with Skrillex a few years ago and struck up the up the epic collaboration known to the world as Jack Ü. The duo toured the world and created several hit singles with acts like Justin Bieber, Kieza, and AlunaGeorge. Though they split a short few years after they started, they never said there wouldn’t be a second round of their escapades. Today, Diplo reminded us of the Jack Ü phenomenon with this post on Instagram:
This could easily be a post to get people excited for an indefinite possibility. But we should never underestimate the productivity of artists like Diplo and Skrillex, both of whom seem to put out music at a cheetah’s pace. Skrillex is on the heels of releasing the music he’s been working on by himself and has more collaborations complete with vocalists and rappers than we could have ever imagined. with the gears switched and with Diplo tying the bow on his Major Lazer project, we could see more music from both sooner than later.
