Seth Troxler has himself wrapped in yet another feud with other producers…this time, Camelphat. Troxler’s prime concern was with the duo’s “EDM disguised as house music…” that comment alone was enough to spark a fire, but here’s the full exchange between the two:
I think everyone is entitled to an opinion. Good or bad a free society should give us the option to voice said opinions. I dont like a lot of things. Possibly noting more then edm disguised as house music. This is my opnion. And im not sorry about that. #camelgate 🤷♂️

Thank you. I know people who have died for this culture. Its been my whole life. Trance, EDM, whatever is different music. But i find the current state of tech house so much worse because its so close to home. Its the ultimate white wash of culture.

Eric Prydz weighed in on the situation, with smart insights to share:
Bitterness in the scene is always ugly .Make your point/change with your music. If not… please shut the door on your way out. / Eric Prydz

I find it funny how in the defence of one we gang vilify others. I have made two comments in this thread to the 1000k plus negative comments i have recived. Im sorry i hurt @CamelPhat feeling and they felt it necessary to respond. I understand this but i also have the right to.

Further more I would like to point out I am not jealous of the success of PHAT or bitter. I just really do think the matrix is broken and intelligence of soceity is at a low. Again my opinion. Like adele’s voice drive me insane. Last im dyslexia and often my spelling is bad.

You suck at apologies Seth… but to bring this nonsense to a close apology accepted. Each to their own. Totally respect your opinion & your views, but a Personal attack on the other hand will always get a reaction. All the best for 2020 x https://t.co/NS1joSlSnP

At this point, Troxxler’s hit list has grown rather high. The producer has called out artists and managers at conventions and spoken proudly about what he feels to be the degradation of Dance Music in interviews.
