Insomniac has always jumped at the opportunity to showcase and promote gifted artists. This work ethic is what drove them to collaborate their resurgent record label with BMI & Sour Patch Kids to host “The Patch” Writing Camp this week in Hollywood.
The camp’s main goal was to offer “a haven where artists can refuel, recharge and be inspired, so they can continue focusing on what they do best: making music.”
As a label with a solid lineup of releases out of the gate of their return and more coming soon, this camp continued their work had the artists work with top liners that are repped by BMI.
Since The Patch launch in 2014, a community of more than 250 artists has been created; giving hope to many more aspiring musicians that their goals can be attained in this industry.
