Pharrell Williams’ long history of producing has opened the door to numerous other creative opportunities. The Coachella veteran just set his sights on adapting a book called Survive the Night into a horror film, reportedly working with Tracy Oliver, who wrote Girls Trip. In addition to co-producing this new movie his partner Mimi Valdez via his I Am Other Entertainment brand, Williams plans to help write the film as well. The best part about all this? The film is set in an underground warehouse music festival. The story details a group of college students who are trapped at this festival and has to fight off a mysterious assailant who essentially tries to off them one by one. We’re excited to see a haunted music festival…really…anything to replace XOXO as the latest rave film.

More details are to surface soon. We’ll update you when we catch the trailer ourselves.
